Tailor-Made Physiotherapy is out-of-network with insurance carriers. Patients are expected to pay for each session at the time of service. If you do provide your insurance information to us, we will send your claim as a courtesy.

There is free/open parking around the building in front of Starbucks & Blue Mercury. The main entrance to the office faces the restaurant called “Gregorio’s Trattoria” and “Dunkin Donuts.” There is a secondary entrance in the back of the building where there is further parking.

The initial evaluation and each follow up visit is 50-60mins.

You have Direct Access to Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland, which means it is not necessary to have a prescription from a physician. However, your insurance may require you to have a prescription/referral or a pre-authorization to reimburse your visit.

It is best to dress comfortable attire that you can move around in. If you are being evaluated in for a lower body issue, please wear or bring shorts. If you are being evaluated for an upper body issue, please wear or bring a shorts sleeve or a tank top.

At Tailor-Made Physiotherapy, you will be receiving one-on-one skilled care from one therapist. A skilled manual therapist will be in charge of your treatment and guide you through your exercises. You will not be passed along to another therapist, tech, or aide.
